Good Customer Service

I am going to start compiling a list of companies that have provided me with excellent customer service recently. I believe they deserve props. It seems that companies are taking pride in their customer service again, and it's a great trend, I just hope it stays.

MicroCenter: I had a broken part on my MacBook Pro charger (1+ years old) and I took it in to Micro Center and without even checking up on my replacement plan, they let me walk out of the store with a brand new $80 charger. No questions asked. They also took back some software recently that I had opened, even though they weren't supposed to. Thanks MicroCenter!

Sprint: Believe it or not, Sprint has really kicked up their customer service recently. I remember back in the day when you call Sprint for customer service and you have to wait for like 30 minutes to 2 hours just to talk to someone. Then the connection would cut out and you would have start all over again. Those days are long gone! The past few times I have called customer service, I would get a rep on the phone within about 10 secs of being on hold. The rep I talked to today was super-nice and was able to handle everything I could throw at her. I will now be getting a brand new Treo 755P in the mail for a small sum of $100. And that's without renewing my two-year contract!
