Wow. This is truly amazing, and the fact that it's actually being built is even more amazing. Many architects have had visions of crazy buildings, but they never get built. This one is going in Dubai and Moscow. The cool part is not even that each floor rotates individually, but the fact that they are pre-fabricating most of the building in a factory. Oh, and each floor generates it's own energy via wind turbines between each of the floors. One more thing, you can park your car on your floor, by putting it in the elevator with you. So cool. I can't wait to see real live pictures of this, supposedly by 2010. Check out the video below!
