Aaron booster seat.

This is cool. It's a kids booster seat that is just like the super-
expensive Aaron office chairs with the mesh fabric seat. .

Re/Max vs Rehava

From neatorama comes this story about Re/Max challenging the trademark application of a real estate start-up called Rehava. Re/Max thinks the logos look too similar. You be the judge.

Trademark infringement is a big deal and I usually agree with the measures that companies go to, to protect their brand image, but this is going way too far. Re/Max has since withdrawn its complaint. Probably because they realized how ridiculous this statement sounds from Adam Scoville, Re/Max's legal counsel:
First of all, both names start with "r" and have logos with accent lines near the letter "e," he said.
"It goes beyond that," Scoville added. "If you chop the top off of the ‘h,’ you (almost) have the ‘m’ in Re/Max. The next letter is an ‘a,’ and if you take the ‘v’ then you have half of an ‘x.’ "

Is Re/Max kidding? I thought this was a joke, or a story from the Onion, but sadly, this is a true story. Booo Re/Max.

Three wheeled electric car

Saw this weird looking car on Shawnee Mission Parkway in Fairway, KS.
I hope he doesn't go around a corner too fast.
